Ordered 3 speed coaster brake option, but no coaster brakes installed. Also on order in comment section (2 different places), I ordered harness for passenger seat and heel rests, acknowledging additional charges. Was told comments didn't go through -?!?! So got neither of those options. It's a fun bike, but more difficult to pedal than anticipated. Sent message, received a reply but cannot access link provided.
